I'm support the rule to furnish prospects full and detailed information about are business opportunity. But I do that anyway be cause stated facts and truth are a huge part of my business plan. I want a great relationship with all my IBO's and customers, it's what holds us together as a team and partners. You won't ever get that through lies and fales statements. That said I think some of the rules proposed are exreme in content and use less in preventing scams. They include in order of opposition 1. 7 day waiting period for new IBO's. This rule would be harm full to my business the most, so much of my teams success comes from motivation, momentum and exitment. A IBO that has to wait 7 days to register a prospect every time they meet one will lose motivation and faith in his business. Besides are registration is $40 dollars, not exactly a huge amount of money. We have no recrutment fees or sign up fees. All our profit comes from the sales of products. From toothpaste and shoes to energy drinks and plasma T.V.'s 2. Discloser of all lawsuits, This is dumd, all companys have a ton of past lawsuits and new ones pending everyday, but in a country with 90% of the world's lawsuits what do you expect? The only way I would approve this rule is if it applyed to lawsuits in witch Quixtar was found GUILLTY, not the fruad, slander type suits that every body gets throungh at them by the A.C.L.U. 3.Discloser of income. This would be harmful to new IBOs ( I know be cause I'm one,) Be cause they don't have much of a income yet, just a dream and desire for something better. Besides it's no ones business what I make. 4.10 refrences. Their's two resones why I dislike this rule. One is if I work hard to find a new prospect, I don't thing another IBO should get a chance to too talk them in to registering with them. Two, a fruad company could just give numbers of people in on the scam with them. I hope you keep these concernse in mind when you draft the fianal. My name is Tyler I'm 22 and I have been a Quixtar IBO for 94 days, I have found them to be a honest, trustworthy company that keeps the promises they make. Sorry, I suck at spelling
