I am concerned about the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I believe that in its present form, it could prevent me from successfully operating my business as a direct seller of Discovery Toys. I understand that your mission is to protect the public from unfair and deceptive acts or practices. However, some of the sections in the proposed rule will make it very difficult for me to sell Discovery Toys and help others start Diuscovery Toys businesses of their own. Our company has an excellent 28 year history and reputation. We provide a positive and creative way for women to earn income while raising their families from home. This opportunity and gift should be protected.
