To whom it may concern, My Wife & I have been IBO's for 3 1/2 years and are not opposed to many of the stated rules that would be in place in the proposed document. However, making one scared to sign a document to register until they get references & financial statements and a weeks notice is wrong! A normal person looking to get an income source in this country aka. a job isn't held to these measures! Does the FTC expose it's financial records out in the public eye? Perhaps this is quite a bit intrusive to people who want a better America for their children who are honest taxpayers not cheaters of the system!
