I am concerned about the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I feel that if could prevent me from successfully operating my business as a direct seller of Tastefully Simple products. I understand your mission is to protect the public from unfair and deceptive acts. However, some of the sections in the proposed rule will make it very difficult for me to sell Tastefully Simple products & help others start their own Tastefully Simple business.
