I am concerned about the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I believe that in its present form, it could prevent me from successfully operating my business as a direct seller of Discovery Toys products. I understand that your mission is to protect the public from unfair and deceptive acts or practices. However, some of the sections in the proposed rule will make it very difficult for me to sell Discovery Toys products, and help others start a home based business of their own with Discovery Toys. We have been in business for 28 years, and offer top quality educational products for children through adult. Not only would we be affected as direct sales business owners, but the educational and developmental value our products offer children would not be realized.
