I have been an independent business owner for the past several years...the companies with whom I contract, the Quixtar Corporation and the Global Distribution System have been reputable companies upholding the highest integrity in the direct marketing and distribution arena for many years... Current rules as stated would be a barrier in the networking market and to my business personally. potential business owners have the option of withdrawing with full refund up to 90 days if unsatisfied with their business...making a waiting period of 7 days before contracting unnecessary... litigation is a very complicated arena and disclosing every case over 10 yrs would be difficult for any large, small, and in between business...and any cases against a particular "individual" business owner having been in any business may even be easier... regulation against direct selling fraud is a good thing, but don't throw out the baby with the bath water...hopefully i will be permitted more detailed and specific comments at a later time, when able to schedule more time on my calendar..thank you
