Your Business Oppertunity Rule R511993 has been brought to my attention and it gives me reasonable concern. This rule, as it is written in it's present form, could prevent me from successfully operating my business as a direct seller of Discovery Toys. I understand that you are trying to protect the public from unfair and deceptive acts and/ or practices. However, some sections in the proposed rule will make it very difficult for me to sell Discovery Toys products and help others start Discovery Toys business of their own. Sincerely, Judy Cross.
