Gus Lozano Xango (7-7-06) Dear Sir or Madam: I am writing this letter because i am concerned about the proposed business opportunity Rule R511993. I believe that in its present form, it could prevent be from continuing as an associate with Xango, thus destroying my business. I have been an active Xango distriubutor since Nov. 2004, and i have build an ethical and profitable business. I buy the product and use the product myself and have build a great business that supplements our family finances. Some of the sections in the proposed rule would make it hard or almost impossible for me to sell my product. The waiting period gives the public the idea that there is something wrong with me or our business model. I also think this 7-day waiting period is unnecessary, because Xango already has a 90% buyback policy for all products. One of the most difficult sections of the proposed rule is the 7-day waiting period to enroll a NEW Associate for Xango. Xango's sales kit only costs $35.00. People buy TVs, cars, and other items that are more costly and don't have to wait 7-days. The proposed rule is "BAD", and would create a burden and hurt my "SMALL" business I have seen many scams on the internet and been approached by many crooks because of my success. This rule will do nothing to stop them. They hurt my business!! This rule will not stop Crooks, they violate the current rule all the time. But i am a good American Citizen and it will hurt me.
