Hello our names are David and Kristin Dussault and we have been business owners with Quixtar for a little over 6 years. We are diamond business owners and this opportunity has changed the direction of our lives. We have a few concerns with some of the new proposed laws dealing with direct selling. First of all, Quixtar and its owners are a first class company and we always give people all of the facts and credibility based upon our business model. There are place all over the web and credible sources and companies that Quixtar deals with. I don't think our company should have to be linked in with all of these scams and pyramids out there. It shouldn't take a professional 7 days to evaluate a business that is this small of an investment. The corporation offers a 6 month 100% money back guarantee as well. We always let our people know this and this is one major reason people get excited because there is no risk. What right is it to hold people back from getting started with this business if they do their due diligence in a few days. Also, the proposal to call 10 contacts in the area before a new person gets started is not fair for people either. Here is why, first of all I don't think business owners would like to give their personal information out to random people to call them. I know my wife and I don't need any random phone calls from people we don't know coming to our house. The other reason I don't believe this is a good idea is because different people build this business at different pases and have different feelings about this business. Some people who don't do work expect results. Well, since this is not a get rich quick scheme some people get in and don't do any work and then they put the blame on someone else for their laziness. That is not fair to ask a person who did that about this business to one of my new prospects who is going to do the work to succeed. NOTHING IN LIFE COMES FOR FREE AND I AM GLAD THIS BUSINESS TAKES A LOT OF WORK TO MAKE AN EXTRA 150,000 A YEAR IN A 2 TO 5 YEAR PLAN. THIS IS WHAT TURNED ME ON TO THE BUSINESS. We applaud your goals in getting things accomplished to eliminate scams, frauds, and pyramids, but some of your propositions are actually going to hurt the real businesses out there that enhance free enterprise in this country. Thanks for your time. David Dussault
