Comments:
I very much agree with the need to protect the American peoples from fraudulent businesses and business deals. However, with the current way this proposed law is written it is a major hinderance to those companies, like Advocare, that offer a very good opportunity and product. Advocare is very forth right about all of the customers rights as a consumer and further extends a right to withdraw above and beyond that required by law. We do this because we are a trustworthy company with trustworthy products. The FTC should not hinder companies, like Advocare, with poorly written laws. Instead they should write laws to encourage other companies to take on those same type of business ethics.
