I've been an IBO in Quixtar since it's launch in Sept 1999. I have not yet met the financial goals that I have set for an income in this business model. My goal is $100,000 a year. I have invested time and money in my business which includes the best personal development program that I have ever had the opportunity to take advantage of. Even though I have not met my goals, I regret nothing! I absolutely believe that this business opportunity is the best that is available. I do believe that if I develop consistent productivity habits, I will succeed. My prospects are told that this is not a get rich quick plan. We are looking for people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and invest honest time and effort to build this business, just as they would in any other business venture. This was made very clear to me when I got started and I have been taught to duplicate that information to the people that I help. Prospects are told there are no guarantees. Our business plan brochures clearly state the most recent annual average income figures including average monthly gross income for active business owners. A new person getting started will typically spend about $175 for registration and set up and an additional approximate $150 for an initial product kit. This is for the purpose of becoming familiar with some exclusive products in order to market & create customer retail business for profit. A SMALL PRICE TO PAY for an unlimited potential. I state clearly that there is no floor, but also no ceiling income. This business fits a busy, full lifestyle because it is flexible. It can be tailored to meet each person's allocated time schedules. My personal belief is that not all are willing to put the time and effort it takes to grow themselves into the person they need to become to see success. A 7-day wait period prior to registering would NOT be a positive for anyone! That would only foster fear and doubt in the mind of the prospect and would limit my ability to help them get started on a positive and excited note. If I have taken my time & energy and skills to meet and introduce someone to the Quixtar opportunity, I CANNOT see the benefit to giving them the names of 10 of my competitors to contact. I should NOT be required to disclose past litigations of the corp. I always steer people to credible sources of info such as FTC, BBB, US Chamber of Commerce if they want more info. That is sufficient disclosure. I do NOTwant to be required to disclose my own personal financial information. I had a new IBO several years ago who, after some 30-60 days, changed her mind and did not want to pursue this business. Quixtar refunded to her, the registration fee that she had paid. I call that a fair reasonable cancellation policy. Quixtar is a solid, moral and ethical company and has increasing potential to help indiviuals and families stablilize their financial futures. I make that statement even though I have not yet met my own personal goals. That is my responsibility. I do not need to point the finger at Quixtar and say that my lack of success is their fault. My success is up to me and Quixtar is my best hope of a stress free future and retirement. I'll be 60 on my next birthday. Thank you for your consideration, Rose Mary Gardner IBO# 13571
