I have been a Quixtar Distributior 1989,I would like to comment on the 7 day waiting concern . When we purchase a new vehicle we are not required to wait 7 days and a lot of times you find out things after the purchase that is not always as proposed like the warranty on any vehicle it is my job as a comsumer to investigate all infromation before I make a decision to purchase a business or enter into a business partnership do business with any orginazitation. The 7 day rule would take way my opportunity to be able to put a new IBO business off on the profitable path . The disclosure of all infromation on litigation and other matters containing to all parties affiliated with the Quixtar business would be saying that I myself was a party to that litigation and had a opportunity to prevent it is saying that any sales person or business person that was involved with a business that did something wrong should pay a price as to their on beliefs and moral principles. Lets take a look at our own government and some of the things that we read in the paper about our elected officials that dosent mean that all elected officials are guilty of that procedure or dose it.The other item is the giving out of my name by other orginations that is a direct violation of my rights to have private infromation . I do not disclose infromation to my employees in my other business about my private affairs and I dont ask them to do it either. Please reconsider this proposal as unwarranted thanks for asking for our input into this important matter . I applaud your agency for asking for input before just putting rules in that would affect my business and lifestyle and the things that make our country a great country to still acheive our Dreams and Goals for our Families and other Families in the USA and other countries
