Comments:
The provisions of the proposed rule on business opportunities will do little to stay the fraudulent companies from making up stories and continue their drain on society while it will unnecessarily hamper legitamite businesses. I do not think the seven day rule is appropriate, and I also do not think the nearest persons rule is manageable for legitimate opportunities. This particularly places a large burden on network marketing business, I don't think that making the law will reduce consumer fraud, I think it will just increase costs for business.
