By reading carefully about this proposed Business Rule, I have concern that proposal will impact thousands people's deam. A few of my concern: 1. The new rule require all prospective sellers to be provided with a disclosure document. Which include the distributor’s identification information. For my understanding,most direct sale is building relationship, then make the sale, I truly believe it can be very dangerous if every prospect can have distributor's priviate information 2.The number of all distributors who have canceled their agreement with Market America within two years: By logic, every business has success and failure, if the distributor found 10 failed individual does not mean he/she can not make his dream, the distributor may be able to face it, but the prospect may not be able to understand. This also create the unfair situation for new distributor and old distributor, they are not equally powerful anymore.This against direct sales principal, everyone should be able to make it if they commit to work and earn the success. 3..Rule that require the disclosure document discussed above be given at least seven days before any potential distributors signs a contract or makes any form of payment. This business require passion, people who have the passion like to enroll rather than waiting the opportunity, this rule will make new prospect give up easily. Recruiting will become very difficult and painful experience instead of having fun and making friends and the money together. All those rules create huge difficulty for the new people who wish to have a dream and dare to work on it. Thank you!
