To Whom It May Concern: Although new in the current business named above, I am greatly opposed to the new rules being considered for implementation. No other business or company that I use for my own personal services, including my medical group, is under such strict rules. In other words, my doctor doesn't have to disclose to me any negative or mal-practice claims he has been involved with. Targeting direct sales people in this manner is unfair and unethical. I understand the need for regulations but to lump all direct sales companies into one group does not service this end. Penalties for fraud should be stiffer as a deterant to those who fraud. Penalizing the rest of us for the ills of some will cause undo hardship against those of us who legitimately run businesses in the direct sales industry. Our business gives opportunities for people to have the freedom to be present for the raising of our youth which is much needed for the future of this country. Children all around this country are "abandoned" by their parents who are spending 15 hours per day out of the house in order to make ends meet. This is causing an epidemic of "latchkey" children and affecting the safety of us all. Please re-consider your proposal to better represent the individual company and not broad stroke us all. Sincerely, Anita Tucker Tuckerson Air & H2O
