Good day to you, My wife and I have been Quixtar Independent Business Owners now for approximately 3 years. While some of the financial goals have not been met yet, the training that I have received through the World Wide Group has been outstanding. I am a Development Manager for a casino in the area and oversee the training of 1,000 employees. The training that I have received through our business has contributed to several opportunities and advancements with my employment as well. The World Wide Group offers the best training for personal development and growth by far. By maintaining our business, it has given my family the proper attitude and strength to overcome challenges. I am able to raise my children in a positive environment and development them to be positive people in our society. This business opportunity has helped me encourage and strengthen others to make positive changes in their lives and become providers instead of takers. One of the proposals that I feel would restrict enjoying success of a business powered by Quixtar is the listing of references in the local area. My personal group is currently the only IBO group in my area working with the WWG. If I were to supply a list of references in my area, I would be supplying them with a list of competitors who could take advantage of my hard work of contacting and sharing the business plan. If my contact could call someone who was not out working their own business, they would have the opportunity to capitalize on what I had started. This effort is to eliminate people from abusing this great opportuinity and to keep this business legitimate. The people who put in the work need to continue to be rewarded. Another concern that I have is the litigation list. I have a B.S. degree in Law Enforcement and I am strongly aware that just because there is a police report or lawsuit filed, it doesn't mean that there is truth to the matter. I offer my contacts/prospects plenty of reference material to seek out information for them to base a strong educated decision for their future. I do not believe that providing a listing of allegations would support a true opinion of our business and would be deceptive. There are very legitimate businesses and people that have had charges placed and then cleared, but their integrity is unjustly questioned by others due to the false allegations. Another concern is pertaining to the financial substantiation. In my employement, I have interviewed candidates for positions. During the interview, I would share with them the starting salary/wage but have never shared what I made. This would be considered unethical in the workplace and should be considered so here. My salary is not their concern. Their concern should be what they will make. I do not feel that sharing this information with prospects would be beneficial to them. If someone was to be discouraged at what I am making right now, that could eliminate them from having financial success. In fact, this leads to the concern of the seven day wait period. There are people that start this business and have succeeded further in seven days than others that have been in for years. If someone is excited about building their future, they should be able to be excited. There is more damage that can be done with a credit card application in seven days than starting your own business. Our business is completely money back guaranteed. This is what other models should follow as well. At any given time, I can receive a complete refund for my money. I am proud to be a part of the World Wide Group powered by Quixtar and appreciate the opportunity to share with you some of our concerns with the proposal to be submitted. Please take into consideration these concerns and we look forward to a finalized submission that will be beneficial to all current and future business owners. Sincerely, David R. Pond
