Dear Sirs: My wife and I are proud Quixtar Independent Business Owners(IBOs). Before Quixtar, we were Amway Distributors. We support reasonable business disclosures that are fair and help prospects make an intelligent decision. We believe a reasonable cancellation policy will eliminate undesirable scams and fradulent schemes. Please do not go forward with the following proposed rules: *Seven day waiting period. *Contact information for ten other IBOs in our area. *List of all legal allegations-lawsuits, arbitrations, and other legal claims -against Quixtar and IBOs from the past ten years. *Require IBOs to Calculate and make different disclosures for every income claim. *Require that every prospect receive substantiation for every income claim. The above noted proposed rules would place crippling and devestating burdens on our business without benefiting the prospects. Quixtar said you are not trying to outlaw our Quixtar business opportunity or any other legitimate business opportunity. It sure seems to us that you are. We love our business. We need our business. We build our business with integrity. We do what is right, not just whatever works. Please, do not destroy our business. Sincerely, Randall and Caroline Williams
