This proposed ruling is ridiculous! If the FTC really does their homework on our company they will certainly find out that our business model is no different than many, many, many business's here in the United States or globally. When has distributing products directly to the consumer become such a threat? As for the earnings, this is due to the direct result of hard work and many years of focused planning. If the business has records and rules that are already being strictly adhered to and can be verified, why must further restraints and restrictions be applied? Perhaps you need to look individually at each Direct Selling company and then hold the ones accountable who are not following the rules. This movement brings us to ponder a point based on what a famous American 7 time Tour de France winner athelete mentioned; if we would start applying our efforts and the amount of wasted funds that we throw away on unworthy causes and direct them towards finding a cure for cancer rather than something that really isn't relative or impacting anybody, we would surely have a huge win for humanity on our hands. Ask yourself if this whole effort will really address a huge problem occurring in our country today? In the long run, will this change truly make a difference in our country or world today and better the lives of humanity? I doubt it, in fact, I believe it would be a huge waste of time. Kinda like the government focusing their dollars on whether flatulating cows contribute to the "greenhouse" effect!
