RE: Bus Opp Rule, Matter No R511993 What are U thinking? I signed up for a discount and now decided to start selling the product for my multi level business. I've made, oh $100, maybe, so far. I can't even imagine attempting to pass on the discount concept to another by providing all my financial data and other requirements that this is proposing to do. The impact on these types of business would be phenominal! Small Businesses are struggling enough. Its a stinkin $25 dollar investment, sirs and madams. This is madness for our business and would simply eliminate any sustainable chance of making a living doing what we do. Please think before you leap with acceptance of this matter. Has anyone thought about the potential fraud that might occur by giving your financial statements to everyone interested in investing and starting their own business by party sales? I can't even imagine what you would do to Pampered Chef, Avon, Arbonne International, and any other multi level business. Whatever triggered this rulling should seriously be reconsidered before you affect the smallest of your constituents. Please, please reconsider this ruling.
