I would say that it would be incredibly unfair that we should have to divulge so much information when other businesses donot. It is a crime against the U.S. Constitution and violates the right for Free Enterprises in America. Our Country was founded on Free Enterprises so let us conduct our business, if there is a worry that there would be some illegalities taking place, this system would surely purge them out and they would be handled justly.
