I believe that the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993 in its present form, would prevent me from successfully operating my business as a direct seller of Tastefully Simple Products. I agree that you should protect the public from deceptive and unfair practices. I believe certain areas of the proposed rule will make it very hard to sell Tastefully Simple Products. The seven day waiting period for new consultants, may give them the impression that there is something wrong with our company. I appreciate the work of the FTC to protect consumers, but I believe this proposed new rule has many unintended consequences. Thank you for your time and for taking my comments into consideration.
