I have been an IBO with Quixtar for about 3 years. My life has change so much since then. I can't thank the people who sponsered my enough!. I will address a few issues. 1) 7 day waiting period: Your excitement in the beginning is important for growing your business. This could change if you wait 7 days. We have had many be successful within that period. Offer a money back guarantee instead. 2)References: references can be minipulated to fit any purpose and this would give someone else the opportunity to register your prospect and effect your business. Eliminate this requirement. 3) Lawsuits, arbitrations & other claims over 10 years: Many people file claims because of misunderstandings which have no bearing on what the company does or stands for so this rule would paint a false picture of what our company is about not to mention that you are suppose to be innocent until provin guilty. Meanwhile dishonest companies would ignore this rule. Eliminate this requirement. 4) Different discloure for every income claim: If they are need, require a simple, standard, easily understood disclosure like average gross monthly income for 'active' IBOs".
