I realize you are in charge of preventing deceptive selling practices but I feel that the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993 is unneccesary and even harmful to small businesses such as myself. I sell Tastefully Simple gourmet food and it has changed my life by offering me opportunities to work from home yet make a good income. I have been able to help other women achieve the same by telling them about my company and recruiting them. I realize there are a lot of scams out there but there are also a lot of honest, hard working direct sellers as myself and some of the language in this bill will hurt us all and keep women from being able to be economically independent from working from their homes. Thanks for listening. Please reconsider your bill. Sheryl Johnson
