July 6, 2006 Dear FTC, I have been apart of this industry for over 11 years since I was in college. My background is a Marine Captain with enlisted experience. What I like about this industry is that they tell you up-front the work involved and that here is what successful people do to accomplish their goals. The quality of people I have met have helped me stay married to my wife of 11 years. Because of the practices we have learned from the many successful leaders we have met in this industry I have been able to keep her in her position as a stay at home mom (with two children). I do understand the concern the FTC has there are so many companies out there that are not helping society. Here is what I know about this one. 1. They don’t make false promises. 2. They don’t give you something for nothing you pay for a product good or service and they provide through the network of companies that are in contractual agreement with you to provide these services. 3. They offer a no obligate comprehensive training program to help you with the areas you are weak in i.e. working with people and personal finance, to include goal setting. Because of the work involved with helping others people who are looking for a get rich quick or something for nothing don’t join Quixtar. The few that do sign up looking for a something for nothing immediately leave once they find out the work it takes to help someone truly accomplish their personal goals. Look here are the basic facts I have many people in the industry and the starting cost is $96.00 they get products to use and see if they like them. They have the option to market these goods and services and all of the customer support is included with this. They average person earns and saves this amount of money back in around 120 days. I had plenty of information up front to make an ethical decision to become affiliated with this industry and the company enforces established rules that insure that all new people looking at the business have the same information. A person also has the option to just be a customer and just buy products they see off the website or catalogue. I hope this helps you with your decision. Toriono Davis
