This is free enterprise. One of the last opprotunities for the common man or women to develop their on business affordably. More regulations will enci=umber this opportunity. Perhaps a good analogy of what you want to impose should be imposed on health clubs through out North America! People who buy exercise bike and don;t loose weight. Nothing wrong with bike. Something wrong with user! More regulation? Please. People today need to wake up
