I am a Tastefully Simple consultant and I am very worried and concerned about the Business Opportunity Rule #R511993. I strongly feel that this would keep me from successfully operating my business as a direct seller for Tastefully Simple. I do understand that your mission is to protect the public from unfair and deceptive acts or practices. However, some of the sections in the proposed rule would make it extremely difficult to sell Tastefully Simple products and help others start their own Tastefully Simple business. This is one of the best things that ever happened to me - I love sharing the opportunity with others and helping them get started. This job really enables me to stay at home with my children and also make some extra cash to help pay bills, save for college education, and other daily needs. I'd hate for others to miss out on this wonderful opportunity.. Sincerely, Tami Sacco
