I am concerned about the Business Opportunity Rule because I believe it will interefere with conducting my direct selling business and affect the many people that I am able to help by introducing them to Tastefully Simple's business opportunity plan. I do believe it is helpful to protect people from unfair or deceptive business plans, but I have concerns with the plan/rule as it is currently written.
