I have been a consultant with PartyLite for eight (8) years now, and I have only sponsored four (4) people in that time. I find that it is not a strong point for me and that as much as I want to grow in my business, these new regulations will only make my growth slower. I am not near anyone in my group and don't think I even know ten (10) other consultants with PartyLite well enough to have their phone numbers. This could really impact my business and my future growth of my business. Most of the time my new consultant have more than 7-day waiting period from the time we discuss them starting and the time they sign the contract, but in some cases to meet contest deadlines for the new consultant this might also be of some concern. Please rethink the ten required references regulation and those little people who don't belong to a huge group and don't know that many consultants and their phone numbers. Maybe two references would be enough. I signed up just knowing the person who signed me up and have never regreted it once. PartyLite is a reliable company and I am saying that as a consultant, hostess, and consumer. Thank you for your time and consideration.
