to whom this does concern, I would like you to reconsider this rule change re: I am more than willing to abide by full disclosure as we already have and understand you desire to help protect innocent people from unscrupulous sales techniques. However the rule change as drafted I feel will limlit the true freedom of people who are willing to become an independent bisiness owner, by making them wait seven days, is this not a rule to prevent gun ownership? Why would you want to limit peoples ability to increase their income stream therefore increasing their taxable income also. In the information age we live in people can obtain more than enough information to help themselves make their decision to sign up or not to sign up! Our organization has always taught honesty and integrity at every level of presentation. Please understand this rule change as it is written will do more harm than good to the already honest and upfront business owner operator. Could we spend more time and effort in researching what is already in place before more and more requirements are added?
