I would like to encourage you to modify the proposed Business opportunity Rule R511993. As an independent distributor of Xango I own my own business. This proposed rule would only take those freedoms away. Americans have fought hard for these freedoms. Please reconsider your proposals and protect our rights as Americans and business owners.
