I am concerned about the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I believe that in its present form, it could prevent me from successfully operating my business as a direct seller of Tastefully Simple products. I understand you are attempting to protect the public, however, in it's stated form it seems it will make it very difficult for me to successfully continue selling Tastefully Simple products and grow my TS business. As a single Mom "direct sales" work perfect in helping me support my family.
