Hello, First off I want you to know that I support the proposal as a whole, but I strongly feel there are some changes that need to be made to keep it fair to the public. I have been a Independent Business Owner since October 10th of 2002. When I was registered into the business back then I was given enough information to be able to make an informed decision. We provide a lot more information now then we did back then simply because we have to combat all the negative on the internet that does not have to be substantiated. Let me start off by saying that through my experience as an I.B.O. and associating with the people in this business I have came to know Jesus Christ as my Lord & Savior. That might now mean much to a lot of people but it has long lasting meaning to me. Also I have grown through my experiences with this business and the people in it to the point where I have been married to my Beautiful Wife since February 25th 2005. I know that I am a better husband and a better citizen through the growth that has come from building my business. Let me also state that I am not making the kind of money that I want to make either. However, unlike the people that post negative on the internet without having to have susbstantiating evedince to back it up, I realize that I am not making the money because I have not put in the effort that it takes to make that money. Not because the business isn't legitimate or because someone said this or someone said that. My experience in showing this business to other people is that if they wait to get back with me more then two days then the negative of other people will blind them from seeing any real opportunity regardless of rather there is one there or not. My point being that if you were to impose a seven day waiting period then you would be strongly hurting the chance of the prospect being able to benefit not only from the income opportunity, but also from some of the benefits which I received that I stated earlier. I don't believe that would at all be fair to the prospect or the public that could benefit. I do understand what you are trying to accomplish with this rule. However, I personally believe that if you were to impose a mandatory 6 month money back guarantee where the company would have to give back all the money it has profited to the prospect if the prospect would choose not to pursue the opportunity any further, I believe this would accomplish the same thing without taking the prospect chances away from benefiting from the opportunity. It would also be easy to spot an good opportunity from a bad one because of the companies would not be able to stay in business if they to give all their money back. I don't think you have the right to take the privacy of business owners away by implementing a rule that makes you give names, addresses, and phone numbers of 10 I.B.O.'s in the local area to the prospect. Not only does this take privacy away but you are also giving away chances for the people to steal business from you hard work. I think that this rule shall be taken out of the proposal completely. As far as giving evedince to prospects for the income you make. I don't believe that it is anybodys business how much income my wife and I make from our businesses. All I believe that this should also be taken out of the proposal. I do understand what you are trying to do with that rule and believe that there should be and example given of how the numbers work and how they are calculated to come up with the income figures that they state when showing the plan to a prospect. I don't know if this will help. But I wanted to give you my experince and my opinion on the matter to assist you. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. Have an awesome day and God Bless!!!
