I believe there should be a way to stop some of the fraud that is gong on out there, however I believe the way you are going about it now is unfair to us that are honest. A 7 day waiting period is not needed. People dont wait 7 days to purchase a car or new furniture. They should not have to wait 7 days to purchase a home based business that offers money back if not satisfied. The requirement of giving personal information to strangers is very dangerous. Some of the propects I have delt with have turned out not to qualify based on there moral character and the thought of giving them someones personal information scares me in this day and age of identity fraud. I believe your heart is in the right place but you are making proposals that are harmful. Please review your information more carefully before you make any decisions
