The IBOA board for Quixtar.com has made a submission to you regarding proposed rules for business opportunities. I am in 100% aggreement with the position they have taken. I think having a set of rules in place is extremely important. I just don't believe that one set of rules fits all business opportunities. I believe that the prososed set of rules will deter a great American business from effecting others in a positive way. Business ownership is our life and our livelyhood.
