Having been involved on a minimal level with 3 different networking marketing companies over my lifetime of 60 years, I cannot believe that the provisions proposed would deter a person bent on fraud. Rather, they would put a serious hindrance in the way of ordinary citizens who are looking for a simple means to help other people and increase their income. I have a college degree in business, and I would hope I could wade through any obstacles such provisions would create. But elderly folks and individuals with little formal education who love this business would certainly be impacted in a negative way. Please help us keep our industry simple and straightforward by working through the parent company, not the individual distributors, to protect consumers. Thank you for caring.
