This ruling would cause undo hardship on the part of the common person who would attempt to begin a business of their own. Fraudulent practices can be found in any type of business, yet this Act would only single out a certain type of business. It would cause those business people who are honest to address the indiscretions of other unscrupulous people who have no association with them.
