My husband and I have been IBO's for 17 mo. Started buying sports nutrition products at retail, liked them and asked if I could get them shipped to me. Saw the business plan and realized what an awesome opportunity. The business rewards volume. Lazy people don't get bonuses. I choose to make a difference in the lifes of my friends and acquaintenances. Prospects usually think its too good to be true. The business is real and it would be a shame to put heavy restrictions on a business that has high quality products that are good for you plus give people an opportunity to use the internet to further their personal goals. Even if it's a bonus of a few hundred a month to cover the price of rising gas prices, where else can a family turn these days? I don't see the value in waiting 7 days. It would add additional steps creating an inefficient process. I'm all for streamlined processes. As far as providing references, since we are all independent, I wouldn't feel comfortable citing names and addresses of other cross line or other lines of sponsorship. These relationships develop naturally over time as new members come to functions and see for themselves that the business is real and the recognition for milestone achievements are motivation to get to the next level. The internet is already filled with garbage and inaccuracies from disgruntled ex-members. Would you honestly want a prospective employee to read all the lawsuits against your firm? We are a people business and choose to focus on bringing out the best potential in people. Negative breeds negative. Bottom line if someone is looking to own their own business, private franchising is awesome. You are your own boss. The IBO with leadership skills will eventually grow a big business, benefiting hundreds and thousands of families around the world. I've been in the corporate world for 30 years. There is nothing like freedom of choice this business opportunity provides. I would not feel comfortable disclosing our personal income to prospects, however, our downline IBO's do hear facts during presentations such as I had enough in the bank from this business so that when my mother was dying, I could have a choice and didn't have to work my day job and stayed home and cared for her until she died. Our great nation was built on the premise of freedom. Please don't restrict our ability to plug into a system that provides an opportunity to grow and participate in the ecommerce highway that is positioned to be the greatest industrial revolution in our lifetime and give families choices. Having an option, like I had 3 months ago when my mom was dying.
