I feel the intent of the rule is good. My objections are:1. the 7 day waiting period is counter productive. The law provides that within three days a refund must be granted. The 7 day law would negate that law. In our business a refund is unlimited.2. Ten referals would destroy the privacy of other business owners and subject them to needless violation of that privacy.3.An average income of all business owners is already given by an independant agency. More in this area would be a useless duplication of effort. Making the requirement for all businesses would be utterly ridiculous.4. Elliminate all companies with the requirement to purchase high inventories to secure a better title or bounus refund.5. Keep it Simple.
