My wife & I, have been Quixtar IBOs since 1999, During that we have earned some money & helped others earn some money. At all times I have been reminded by my Buiness Coaches to always present this opportunity in a straightforward ,leagal manner. The biggist gains have occurred in the area of intangable benifits. The buisness development material has greatly improved our fiscal management, health, faith, marital relationship, parent child communication. These concepts are of the greatest value to us. I object to the following proposed requirements. 1) waiting 7 days after a prospect accepts the offer to join my team, puts a tremendous risk on both prospect & IBO. It makes the opportunity sound far more riskey than it is. Precieved complexity would scare off 95% of all prospects. 2) Instead firms with a money back quarentee like Quixtar should be exempt from this rule. Provideding a list to prospects of 10 other IBOs in the area with contacting at the start of the 7 day waiting period, is an invasion of privacy. Who knows what someone would do with the list. If it gets in the wrong hands, this could be used for crank calls, sold to competitors etc etc. There is also a posibility that someone from another team, would sponsor them taking advantage of MY hard work. So, please leave this clause out of the rule. These proposed changes would serve to place an huge burden of IBO who are honest and hardworking people. It would serve to deprive most people from even attempting to build a network marketing buisness, costing the economy a huge amount of wealth. As for discloseres of lawsuits, this is very scary to me. What if I report a lawsuit this week, then next week, it is thrown out of court and the records sealed. Could i be charged with a slander type lawsuit? I do not know the answer, but it is a legitamite concern. I understand the agency's concern, but quite honestly everyone that I have registered or tried to register in quixtar has always been provided with all the required information. I have never had anyone complian that I treated them unfairly and then quit. Usally people quit because of situations that develop in non buisness areas of there life. Thank You for the oppurtunity to provide you with comments.
