I strongly oppose this Business Opportunity Rule as defined so far. This would be a terrible thing to do to the United States economy and Small Business community as a whole. The seven day wait is entirely not appropriate and should be reconsidered. Why should all of us suffer from the few that are fraudulent opportunities? Are not laws and rules designed to protect the good people? I know hundreds of very good people that would be affected by this horrendous consideration of a rule. It would clearly be devastating. Who is in charge here? Please PLEASE! Reconsider your actions on this.
