To Whom This May Concern: The CFR citation: 16 CFR Part 437 would destroy my business before I get started. I recently moved here from California. The only people I know here in Indiana is my husband and his parents. I would not be able to meet any of these requirements listed in the 16 CFR Part 437. 1) I would not feel comfortable in giving a prospect a list of references. I have not met any of the IBO's in my line of sponsorship. How can I give a list of references when I personally do not know any of the people I claim as references. 2) I do not feel comfortable in showing strangers copies of my personal tax papers to support any personal financial gain in a business. Especially in a time when identity theft is so high; this would be handing someone a perfect opportunity to get information to steal my identy. CFR citation: 16 CFR Part 437 is not a good idea. Please do not pass this proposal. Sincerely, Grace E. Buss
