To Whom It May Concern, I understand the need to guard against bad products to the market place but also the importance to not jump the gun overmonitoring as well eliminating the opportunity for people to acquire safe nutritional for personal use especially if proven results have been shown. If any action is to be taken, my concern is that the people implementing the changes have no clue about nutrition. This includes Drs that have no real nutritional education to make these decisions. In additionj, congressmen understand the law. Where is their education to make decisions for nutritional supplementation Secondarily, the impact it will have on the direct sales industry will be devistating. Direct sales gives many people the chance to earn a 2nd income, change careers, & much more. There are enough laws in place to guard against fraud. They just have to be enforced.
