Federal Trade Commission: Thanks for considering my comments. The United States has always been considered a land of opportunity in terms of people with limited resources being able to start their own business. I believe that the proposed FTC Business Opportunity Rules are unneccessary for businesses that do not require a capital commitment exceeding $2,500.
