I agree that there should be additional information disclosed to the prospect prior to them entering into a business arrangement; however, it should not ask to disclose the names of 10 others or disclose the amount of money made by those presenting the opportunity. I do believe that this ruling will help to eleminate the fraud and abuse that seems to be prevalent especially with an internet based business. Respectfully, Wayne Rhinehart Quixtart IBO
