Though some of the provisions in the Business Opportunity Rule (16 CFR Part 437) are good, overall I feel implementing these guidelines will gravely hinder those legitimate business in pursuing their goals and dreams. A business like ours strives to provide complete and detailed information to the prospective business owner and/or client each and everytime. This Business Opportunity Rule is going to hurt those organizations who are legally operating a legal business. I feel the proposed rule can be re-writted to specifically target those organizations who are not operating within the legal boundries of the FTC rules. Please do not push through this Business Opportunity Rule, as it exists. I truely believe it will lead to the decaying of the American Small Business Opportunity. Thank You.
