As an Independant Buisness Owner involved with Quixtar in this great country of ours, I am in favor of doing something to cut down on fraud in this country but not at the cost of harming our business. We are taught to disclose that this is not a get rich quick scheme. We tell all prospects that it takes commitment and hard work to build this business. I do not agree with having to provide references for a couple of reason. 1-I don't want thousands of people that are considering this business calling me. 2-I don't want references that I may have to provide taking my prospect from me and registering them themselves. If my prospect registers and then decides that they do not want to be involved they can get there money back (it cost about$150 to register)in full from the corporation, therefore there is no risk and no reason for a 7 day waiting period. It would be unfair to the new IBO to have to wait 7 days before they could register there friends and family. Having to provide past litigation would be a nightmare as well because of having to provide lawsuits that were bogus. I'm sure that you know where there is money there are people looking to use whatever means necessary to grab some of it anyway that they can come up with except having to work for it. It would be harmfull to my business to have to provide such claims and shed a negative light on such as awesome opportunity. We also already provide an average income for active IBO's already. We have been involved in this business for 6 months. We were also involved during the years 1994-2000. It is the greatest opportunity out there - that's why we came back. Through this business and our leadership we have the ability to free ourselves and our family from debt and be able to invest in other areas. It will create revenue for us and help boost our contries economy. That's why our nation has always been great, because average people can go out and be more than they ever dreamed. I agree that we should stop the scams - that hurts our business as well but the above mentioned areas will hurt our legitimate business and our families future.
