Yes, giving someone all the information they need to go into business is vital for someone to start their business of any kind. I agree with you on this matter. Once someone has taken to decide and this is different from each individual to individual and couple then to make the money they want they have to be able to do it quickly. The seven (7) day waiting period would hinder them. The first seven days is critical in getting someone started. Waiting is a hinderance because you are placing a cap on the excitement of getting started. To wait seven days would mean that they couldn't earn any money from their business. Anyone starting their Independance Business Ownership (IBO) with the Quixtar Corp want to start earning money from day one. You (the FCC) want to stop them from earning money. This is seven days of no money. Why would anyone want to stop someone from earning money through their business when they understood everything told them and they had researched the business? This seven day waiting period makes no sense to me. Anyone who becomes associated with Quixtar can get their money back. All they have to do is ask. Giving a new IBO names of other IBO's would undermine one's business who are in your area because they don't have your interest at heart. They would take the prospect away from the original IBO. Also you would have no way of knowing how that IBO is doing. This means they might be an IBO only on paper and aren't doing a thing with the opportunity. Our new IBO have many chances to meet other IBO are gatherings of IBO in homes, hotels in the area and at large gatherings each week and month through out the year. A product that one desires in our business is 100% guaranteed even when they use it up and don't like it. I have often asked Clients whether they wanted their money back when they stated they didn't like the a certain product. Some have taken me up on it and others not and in all cases the Client knew the guaranteed worked. You can't guarantee an income in any kind of business. There is no way you can because you don't know what the new owner or old owner will do with their business. This is even with a proven plan and system. You can show that following a plan and a system that their is a potential and one follows a plan and a system the potential can be achieved. This goes for GM., Macys, McDonalds, Consolodated Theaters, Lido's Pizza and etc. and etc. Your proposed changes places hinderanc after hinderance in getting a business started quickly and profitable. In the IBO plan and system we work with the new IBO in the time frame that they want and are always there to help to make sure they succeed. We spend more money then they do to get them started and to get them on there way to earning the money that we have stated is there for them. You , The FCC, want to take away from us the possibility to help people to help people to get their goals and dreams. In business one has to work, yes work, yes work. They have to put out the effort to make a business work. We take proven methods and only proven methods of telling the truth to help someone get the earnings they want to get their goals. Even in doing so there is no guaranteed because I or any other IBO can't make the new IBO follow our instructions of follow a proven plan and system. I say do this in this order and then they don't and then they say it doesn't work and then after we discuss it we find out they didn't follow my instructions. Your changes states I have to guarantee one's success and I can't do this. No one can. You would put me out of business.
