To the FTC, I am writing in response to the new proposed laws about our industry. I have been associated with Quixtar for the last 6 years and I must say the opportunity is awesome the money potential is incredible and the atmosphere is like no other. I am opposed to making people wait to get started for 7-10 days after seeing our buisness opportunity because this buisness can move very quickly with growth and people usually get extremely excited and want to get going usually right away. Making them wait could make them think there is some sort of problem and that they cant count on it as an income source. As for the idea of revealing income that has been received from the buisness, Quixtar does that already by showing the percentage of people that make money at the bottom of our literature pack when they see our buisness plan. Needless to say if we showed them our personal finance statement that is a personal issue and an invasion of privacy in my opinion. The other part of this proposal about showing people negative publicity can be seen on any web browser when they surf the web and we all know anybody can post anything they want on the web regardless if it is positive or negative. As for the part on references and giving them a list of people to call who will determine the list of names and who will regulate that list. For all we know the people being called could be negative and tell a bunch of junk to our prospects and they may never want to get associated with our awesome buisness. Thank you very much for allowing us to have a say in this matter I hope my comments will make an impact on your decision for all these regulations. Bogue Enterprises
