These new rules look pretty good. I hope at some point in time, the motivational organizations of Amway/Quixtar are investigated. They sell tapes, books and seminars which enrich their leaders and the buyers end up with a product they cannot sell. No money comes into this system, except from the participants, which makes it appear to be illegal.
