My wife and I have been involved in the Quixtar business for over 17 years, we have been very successful due to much hard work. This is our sole source of income and we live very comfortably. We have about 500 people in our business. We feel that our organization provides more than ample information for a prospect to make a quality decision before they get involved in our business. Therefore, a proposal of asking someone to wait seven days before registering is ridiculous especially when Quixtar offers a money back guarantee on products and fees. Any IBO that is sponsored is clearly informed that this is not a get rich quick business, one must work diligently in order to succeed. We also are very concerned about your recommendation to provide a list of 10 other IBO's references and phone numbers that a prospect can call for more information. This would infringe upon the privacy of those 10 people and also create undue confusion for a new prospect. That would be like being offered a job and asking your prospective employer if he could talk to 10 other employees to find out if they like the company and their positions. We also see a problem with giving a list of all lawsuits or other legal claims for the past ten years to a prospect. As I am sure you know people today sue over the most ridiculous things, such as spilling hot coffee on themselves and blaming the company that sold them the coffee! This just opens the door for a prospect to hear or read many false accusations that do not pertain to them. Furthermore the dishonest companies would only ignore such a law unlike Quixtar who follows the law to the "T". The proposed income disclosure is a very tedious proposal since an IBO can make what he wishes in income in the Quixtar business. Again, it would be like asking a potential employer to provide a list of all incomes earned by all employees of a corporation. IBO's in Quixtar can make a much or as little money as their work habits dictate. I hope you will come up with a simple disclosure such as an average gross income for acitve IBO's. I am very proud to be a Quixtar IBO and am thankful for the opportunity they provided for me and my wife. I came to this country 25 years ago from Egypt, I can't think of anything else I would rather do to create income. My wife and I have very close friendships with the people in our business. We hope that your decisions and proposals will not jeopardize the hard work we have invested for the past 17 years.
